Our analysis of public RNA-seq and microarray datasets reveals that reduced expression of BTN2A1, BTN3A1, BTN3A2, and BTN3A3 in CLL may impair \u03b3\u03b4 T cell-mediated immune responses.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Importantly, we found that lower BTN expression correlates with unmutated IGVH status, male sex, and poorer overall survival\u2014highlighting the potential prognostic value of BTN profiling.
